Building a Better Community

An icon set showing a dark blue globe with land masses in teal and burnt orange. To the left is a megaphone with sound waves coming out of it. Above and to the left of the globe is a circular logo with 17 different colored sections, representing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. To the right of the globe is a silver laptop with a teal screen.

Each year, Digital Moment’s Digital2030 program introduces a new Challenge aligned with specific Sustainable Development Goals, inviting youth to reflect critically on actions for a more sustainable future while exploring ethical ways to use technology.

The 2029 Challenge invites YOUTH (13-22) to consider how we can explore real-world examples to understand how quality education and gender equality create fair and just systems.

This Challenge will focus on:

  • SDG 4 : Quality Education
  • SDG 5 : Gender Equality
  • SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
  • SDG 16 : Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions

Gender equality and quality education promote fairness, reduce inequality, and help build peaceful and just institutions.
